| Ingredients |
| 300g chopped vegetarian steak or ground vegetarian meat |
| 12 walnuts |
| 1 tablespoon butter |
| 1 tablespoon sherry |
| salt pepper |
| fresh pepper from mill |
| lettuce |
| walnuts to garnish |
| 1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley |
How to make.. |
| Chop walnuts and fry them shortly over low heat. Mix vegetarian steak or ground vegetarian meat , walnuts,sherry,parsley,salt, pepper. Make an oval flat ball and place it on a plate.Garnish with lettuce and walnuts. Enjoy! |
