500g ground vegetarian beef |
2cloves of garlic |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
juice from 1/2 lemmon |
pinch of rosemary |
salt pepper |
2 tablespoons chopped onion |
1 tablespoon parsley |
2 tablespoons celery |
6 rolls |
HOW TO MAKE: |

Mix all ingredients Butter the rolls. Make burgers (flatten balls) Fry them till light brown not done yet. Put burgers hot on rolls.
STEP 2 Serve with pickle, tomato, (fried) onions, red sauces and mayonaise. Bon appetit |
