| Ingredients | 
| 4 zucchinis | 
| 4 tablespoons oil | 
| oil to fry | 
| 1 onion | 
| 2 tomatoes | 
| 1 tablespoon chopped parsley | 
| 1 tablespoon curry | 
| 1 teaspoon chilipowder | 
| 2 teaspoons mangopowder | 
| salt pepper to taste | 
| 4 tablespoons cream | 
 
 
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Get top off zucchini and hollow inside. Heat oil in pan; fry zucchinis for 1-2 minutes;drain. Bit of oil in pan; add onions; fry lightly .Add vegetarian meat; fry for 15 minutes; add tomatoes. Fry 5 minutes; add curry, chili, mango powder, salt, pepper, parsley. Add cream and simmer for 5 more minutes;stir occasionally. Fill zucchinis with vegetarian meat mixture put the top back on. Put in pre-heated oven 180C for 5-7 minutes. Get top of zucchinis and serve hot.Enjoy! |
