Champignons garlic

Ingredients

12 big Champignons
butter
1 big cup of grounded vegetarian meat
3 slices of vegetarian ham or meat substitute chopped
slice of bread no crust

more:

1 tablespoon parsely
fresh black pepper from mill
3 tablespoons cream
1 tablespoon chopped celery
HOW TO MAKE


HOW TO MAKE:
Clean mushrooms cut off caps; immerse caps in melted butter set aside. Mix vegetarian meat with mushroom stalks, breadcrumbs, celery, parsely, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 5 minutes.Let stand, cool down and then stir in cream. Fill champignons and place in hot oven for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
