| 12 big Champignons |
| butter |
| 1 big cup of grounded vegetarian meat |
| 3 slices of vegetarian ham or meat substitute chopped |
| slice of bread no crust |

| 1 tablespoon parsely |
| fresh black pepper from mill |
| 3 tablespoons cream |
| 1 tablespoon chopped celery |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Clean mushrooms cut off caps; immerse caps in melted butter set aside. Mix vegetarian meat with mushroom stalks, breadcrumbs, celery, parsely, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 5 minutes.Let stand, cool down and then stir in cream. Fill champignons and place in hot oven for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy! |
