Ingredients |
1 peeled chopped onion |
2 cloves minced garlic |
1 teaspoon coriander |
1/4 teaspoon laos |
300g ground vegetarian meat |
100g green beans |
1 chopped green paprika |
1 diced eggplant |
200 g cabbage |
1 green pepper |
1 1/4 cup water |
bit of coconut if desired |
nutmeg |
2 crushed kemiri or walnuts |
1/2 teaspoon sambal |
salt |
2 tablespoons oil |
HOW TO MAKE: |

Mash onion, garlic, coriander, nuts and sambal softly; fry for 2 minutes; salt, pepper, a pinch of nutmeg; mix with vegetarian meat. Put in same skillet.Stir till brown for 10 minutes. Add beans paprika,eggplant, cabbage, pepper and water.Heat over high heat to boiling. Throw in little piece of coconut if desired. Lower temperature; let stand for 15 minutes till just soft. Add in some extra salt and pepper. Enjoy! |
