Mash onion, garlic, coriander, nuts and sambal softly; fry for 2 minutes; salt, pepper, a pinch of nutmeg; mix with vegetarian meat. Put in same skillet.Stir till brown for 10 minutes. Add beans paprika,eggplant, cabbage, pepper and water.Heat over high heat to boiling. Throw in little piece of coconut if desired. Lower temperature; let stand for 15 minutes till just soft. Add in some extra salt and pepper. Enjoy! |
