400g ground vegetarian meat |
1 tablespoon chopped onion |
2 tablespoons worcestershiresauce |
1 teaspoon mustard |
salt pepper |
1 teaspoon paprika powder |
100g Gruyere |
1 tablespoon butter |
1/2 tablespoon chopped celery |
HOW TO MAKE: |

Mix everyting except cheese;make 8 little flat vegetarian steaks. Cut cheese; put in center of a vegetarian steak; put another vegetarian steak on top; close edges so cheese is locked up. Fry them in some butter hot, ready and done. Enjoy! |
