Gruyere vegetarian steaks
Ingredients

400g ground vegetarian meat
1 tablespoon chopped onion
2 tablespoons worcestershiresauce
1 teaspoon mustard
salt pepper
MORE INGREDIENTS:
1 teaspoon paprika powder
100g Gruyere
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 tablespoon chopped celery
HOW TO MAKE:
Mix everyting except cheese;make 8 little flat vegetarian steaks. Cut cheese; put in center of a vegetarian steak; put another vegetarian steak on top; close edges so cheese is locked up. Fry them in some butter hot, ready and done. Enjoy!
