Ingredients |
400g ground vegetarian meat or vegetarian steak tartare |
2 eggyolks beaten |
1 onion chopped |
1 boiled potatoe |
1 tablespoon capers |
salt pepper |
10 slices of bread |
4 tablespoons butter |
pinch of cumin |
1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
HOW TO MAKE: |

Mix vegetarian meat or vegetarian steak tartare with; eggyolks, parsley,onion, chopped potatoe, capers, salt, pepper. Let stand for 20 minutes.Put bread slices -butterd side down- in frying pan; till goldenbrown. Put vegetarian meat mixture on clean side of bread which you than turn around and fry in pan with 4 tablespoons butter over high heat. Happy snack! |
