| 400g ground vegetarian meat or vegetarian steak tartare |
| 2 eggyolks beaten |
| 1 onion chopped |
| 1 boiled potatoe |
| 1 tablespoon capers |

| 10 slices of bread |
| 4 tablespoons butter |
| pinch of cumin |
| 1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Mix vegetarian meat or vegetarian steak tartare with; eggyolks, parsley,onion, chopped potatoe, capers, salt, pepper. Let stand for 20 minutes.Put bread slices -butterd side down- in frying pan; till goldenbrown. Put vegetarian meat mixture on clean side of bread which you than turn around and fry in pan with 4 tablespoons butter over high heat. Happy snack! |
