Ingredients |
| 750g ground vegetarian meat |
| 1 chopped onion |
| 100-200 g tomatos |
| salt pepper |
| 150g thinly cut vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute slices |
| 1/2 cup grated cheese |
| 8 bread rolls |
| 1 tablespoon chopped celery |
| pinch of cumin |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Fry vegetarian meat ; keep loose with forks;fry onion shortly and add tomatoes, cumin, salt, pepper; simmer for 20 minutes. Cut rolls and put on and over them the vegetarian meat mixture on oven plate . Cut the vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute; put on top of vegetarian meat and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in hot oven till cheese has melted Enjoy! |
