Sloppy sandwiches
Ingredients

750g ground vegetarian meat
1 chopped onion
100-200 g tomatos
salt pepper
150g thinly cut vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute slices
MORE INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup grated cheese
8 bread rolls
1 tablespoon chopped celery
pinch of cumin
HOW TO MAKE:
Fry vegetarian meat ; keep loose with forks;fry onion shortly and add tomatoes, cumin, salt, pepper; simmer for 20 minutes. Cut rolls and put on and over them the vegetarian meat mixture on oven plate . Cut the vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute; put on top of vegetarian meat and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in hot oven till cheese has melted Enjoy!
