Ingredients |
| 500g ground vegetarian meat |
| salt pepper |
| 1 tablespoon coconut grated |
| 1 teaspoon cumin |
| 1 flat tablespoon curry |
| 1 tablespoon chopped celery |
| 1 onion |
| good pinch of coriander |
| 2 tablespoons butter |
| 1 tablespoon parsly |
| slice of white bread soaked in milk,no crust, drained |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Mix all ingredients thoroughly.Fry 4 balls in butter for 20 minutes. Make a yoghurt or mild curry sauce. Let balls simmer in sauce for 10 minutes till done. Eat with rice. Enjoy! |
