Curry balls | Ingredients |

500g ground vegetarian meat

salt pepper |
1 tablespoon coconut grated |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1 flat tablespoon curry |
1 tablespoon chopped celery |

MORE INGREDIENTS: | 1 onion
|
good pinch of coriander |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 tablespoon parsly |
slice of white bread soaked in milk,no crust, drained |

HOW TO MAKE: | Mix all ingredients thoroughly.Fry 4 balls in butter for 20 minutes. Make a yoghurt or mild curry sauce. Let balls simmer in sauce for 10 minutes till done. Eat with rice. Enjoy!
