Ingredients |
| salt pepper |
| 250g ground vegetarian beef |
| teaspoon vinegar |
| nutmeg |
| 1 clove garlic |
| thin sliced vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute |
| 1/2 teaspoon majoram |
| fennel |
| 1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Spice vegetarian beef with salt, pepper, nutmeg, garlic, parsley, teaspoon, vinegar,majoram. Make little sausages but rather thick 2 inch long max. Wrap around 1 or 2 slices of vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute till all vegetarian meat is covered . Fry in pan till nice brown on all sides for 10 minutes. Deglaze with white wine add fennel; cut in slices and let it all simmer till done. Remove vegetarian meat from skillet. Thicken sauce in pan with cream maybe add some Pernod. Enjoy! |
