| 250g ground vegetarian beef |
| teaspoon vinegar |
| nutmeg |
| 1clove garlic |
| pinch of cumin |
| thin sliced vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute |
| 1/2 teaspoon majoram |
| 2 tomatoes |
| onion chopped |
| bit of thyme |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Spice vegetarian beef with salt, pepper, nutmeg, garlic, cumin, teaspoon vinegar,majoram. Make little sausages but rather thick 2 inch long max. Wrap around 1 or 2 slices of vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute till all vegetarian meat is covered. Fry in pan till nice brown on all sides. Add 2 tomatoes chopped onion a bit of thyme. Deglaze, cool with half cup of water, let simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes till done. Enjoy! |
