'blinde vink' a la provence
Ingredients

salt pepper
250g ground vegetarian beef
teaspoon vinegar
nutmeg
1clove garlic
pinch of cumin
MORE INGREDIENTS:
thin sliced vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute
1/2 teaspoon majoram
2 tomatoes
onion chopped
bit of thyme
HOW TO MAKE:
Spice vegetarian beef with salt, pepper, nutmeg, garlic, cumin, teaspoon vinegar,majoram. Make little sausages but rather thick 2 inch long max. Wrap around 1 or 2 slices of vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute till all vegetarian meat is covered. Fry in pan till nice brown on all sides. Add 2 tomatoes chopped onion a bit of thyme. Deglaze, cool with half cup of water, let simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes till done. Enjoy!
