Ingredients |
| 2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
| 2 lbs roast (vegetarian beef round, cubed) |
| 2 onion (diced) |
| 1/2 cup water |
| 2 lbs fresh green bean (trimmed and halved) |
| 1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons allspice |
| 1 teaspoons ground black pepper |
| 1/2 teaspoons salt |
| 16 ozs canned tomatoes (chopped) |
| 15 ozs tomato sauce |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.Brown the vegetarian beef in hot oil for 10 minutes. Stir in the onions and 1/2 cup water; cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
STEP 2 Mix the green beans, allspice, pepper, and salt into the mixture; cover and simmer for another 15 minutes. Add the tomatoes, cellery ,water and tomato sauce. STEP 3 Cover and simmer another 45 minutes. Serve with rice and (apart) grated mushrooms from oven (15 mins) filled with vegetarian beef and/or a cheese mix of herb cheese with parmesan and garlic.
