| 1 pound ground vegetarian beef |
| 3 tablespoon chopped leek |
| 3/4 tablespoon butter |
| salt pepper |
| garlic |
| 2 tablespoons chopped onion |
| 1 egg |
| nutmeg |
| 1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
| HOW TO MAKE: |

| Mix all ingredients.Make balls; fry in butter brown on all sides . Add 1/2 a cup of water let simmer for 25 minutes. Till gravy has thickened.Enjoy! |
