Green Bean Okazu

Ingredients

1 pound ground vegetarian beef
1 pound green beans, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 cup water
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce

more:

1 tablespoon chopped celery
HOW TO MAKE


HOW TO MAKE:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground vegetarian beef until evenly brown; drain excess fat. Stir in green beans, celery and about 1 cup water. Cover, and cook until beans are tender, 15 to 20 minutes. Season with sugar and soy sauce, and cook uncovered for 5 minutes.Enjoy!
