Below is a cool and very easy app to calculate your ideal weight.
You can also do this by hand and figure out the perfect weight for both man and woman.
Woman ideal body weight formula :45.5kg (100 lb) + 2.3kg (5.1 lb) *(height (in inches) − 60)

Man ideal body weight formula:
50kg (110 lb) + 2.3kg (5.1 lb) * (height (in inches) − 60)

For a 172cm or 5ft7 guy this will make:
50 + 2.3 * 67.7(inches) – 60. That’s 50 + 17.7 = 67.7 kg
This would be your ideal weight.

A very important part in health & happiness is Mobility.
