Beans prouts (and pepper) should not be too soft and hot. Instead they still should be fresh, a little crispy.. Is everything warm?
\n
\nPut bread slices on plate.
\nKeep the bean sprouts aside in the pan; place the eggs with the ham on top in the middle of your bread. Sprinkle over a lot of paprika .
\n Than put over the tomato(s), bean sprouts and finally the fresh unheated chopped pickle.
\nWe also ad a few fresh beansprouts. At last we add a little mayonaise here and there and on top of it all some fine dried herbs; looks nice bit is not neccesarily.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Serve warm.
