Mix egg with mea,t flour and milk keep stirring. Add onion,breadcrumb, salt, pepper, celery, aroma, nutmeg and cinnamon.Mix all well. Put in oven dish.Put this in a pan of hot water place in medium heated oven for an hour. Garnish with slices of carrot and parsley.
