Soak bread in milk; mix it through meat; mix in egg as well add parsley, Maggi, chopped leek,salt, pepper. Make balls . Fry balls for 40 minutes in butter till brown .Fry breadcrumbs goldenbrown. Sprinke breadcrumbs over meat and add the pieces of bacon on top.
