Mix meat with eggs,celery, breadcrumbs, mashed potatoe ,salt, pepper , brown sugar , chopped clove , ginger , nutmeg , curry and make balls not too big. Roll them through flour and bake them in butter nicely brown.Give the pan a good shake now and then. Add some water to butter and bind gravy with some flour.
