Mix Gruyere, paprika ,olives, ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, milk,salt,celery, pepper and lemmon and thoroughly into mixture. Divide into 4 portions. Shape portions into croquettes; wrap around them a slice of bacon.Fry meat in closed pan for about 10 minutes.Let simmer.Serve with baguette.
