Make balls and fix them in 1 tablespoon of oil. Make macaroni. Make cauliflower; cook till just done.Put macaroni in dish; lay beef balls on top.Sprinkle half of grated cheese over it and then again a layer of cauliflower.Rest of cheese on top ,a chunk of butter here and there and set in oven over medium heat for 20 minutes.Serve real hot.
