Bake them golden brown in butter; keep them apart.Fry cucumber , 3 tomatoes, 1 onion. Cut eggplants in two halves lenghtwise and fill the center with rolls of meat. Put the unpeeled eggplant upsidedown in frying pan between tomatoes. Fry a few minutes, add eggplant and meat to sauce in pan.
