Mix meat, salt, pepper, pinch nutmeg, celery, pinch of cumin,1 egg and make balls the size of an egg.Fry brown on all sides. Add tomatopaste, 1 teaspoon paprika powder ; put a lid on pan and let simmer till beans are ready. Add 1 cup of sour cream.
