Keep low temperature. Meanwhile boil rice.Mix rice with meat mixture. Stir in soup add salt, pepper,soy sauce , ginger and veggie. <\/p>\n<p>STEP2<br \/>\nUse some ginger powder instead..? Dont take more than a pinch ginger. Put everything in oven dish for 45 minutes max.
