Fry onion in butter light brown;mix onion, breadcrumbs (soaked in water), meat, salt, pepper,celery, parsly and majoram. Put mixture on tin foil ; press till mixture has the shape of pancake. <\/p>\n<p>STEP2<br \/>\nPut rice, egg mixture in middle.Fold tin foil up on all sides making the rice mixture covered by meat. Dont close foil completely; put everything in metal pan and place all in oven (350F) for about 35 minutes.
