In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, eggs,parsley, bread crumbs and ketchup. Season with Italian-style seasoning, oregano, garlic salt, diced tomatoes and cheese. Press into a 9&#215;5 inch loaf pan, and cover loosely with foil.<\/p>\n<p>STEP2<br \/>\nBake in preheated oven approximately 1 hour, or untill dish reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Good with fried potatoes and a mix of white veggies like chicory, Belgian endive or salad and green beans.
