Make little sausages but rather thick 2 inch long max. Wrap around 1 or 2 slices of bacon till all meat is covered . Fry in pan till nice brown on all sides for 10 minutes. Deglaze with white wine add fennel; cut in slices and let it all simmer till done. Remove meat from skillet. Thicken sauce in pan with cream maybe add some Pernod.
