Make little sausages but rather thick 2 inch long max. wrap around 1or 2 slices of bacon till all meat is covered. Fry in pan till nice brown on all sides for 10 minutes.Remove meat from skillet; fry mushrooms, add cream and add some cognac or vieux if desired to. Give the cream sauce a spicy taste.
