Make little sausages but rather thick 2 inch long max. Wrap around 1 or 2 slices of bacon till all meat is covered. Fry in pan till nice brown on all sides. Add bacon cubes. Deglaze with wine, champignons and onions. Let simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes till done.
