Fry over high heat till done in 10 minutes. Cut top and bottom off of okra and cut them in 4 slices on a plate and sprinkle with salt, chilipowder,parsley, curry, mangopowder; turn around , dividing spices evenly. Throw the chickpea flour over slices make sure its covered on all sides; divide in two portions. Fry beef in pan; stir for 5 more minutes over medium heat; at the same time heat oil in pan, put in a portion of okra and use fork to keep them apart. Remove from oil when crispy and brown.Fry all (2) portions keep warm. Mix okra with beef and serve right away.
