Heat oil in pan; fry zucchinis for 1-2 minutes;drain. Bit of oil in pan; add onions; fry lightly .Add meat; fry for 15 minutes; add tomatoes. Fry 5 minutes; add curry, chili, mango powder, salt, pepper, parsley. Add cream and simmer for 5 more minutes;stir occasionally. Fill zucchinis with meat mixture put the top back on. Put in pre-heated oven 180C for 5-7 minutes.
