Heat oil over medium heat and add balls; 5-10 minutes. Drain on paper toweling. Sauce: yoghurt and flour mix to smooth in pan; 5 minutes. Simmer till yoghurt has thickened. Add balls to sauce and let simmer for 5 more minutes. Add coriander and seeds. Serve with warm (pita) bread.
