Stir butter to cream and add one by one stirring the eggyolks, salt, pepper, grated cheese and nutmeg. Beat eggwhites stiff and mix with cheese butter.<br \/>\nSTEP2<br \/>\nAdd meat and mix well. Use 2 spoons to make little balls. Quickly fry them. To serve on lettuce with parsely. Enjoy! <\/p>\n<p>TIP:<br \/>\neasy croquettes<br \/>\nShop:get a can of good thick ragout. Refrigerate for a while.
