Mix eggyolk with grated cheese, sauce, parsley, salt, pepper. Beat eggyolk stiff and mix through cheese. On top a thin layer of meat. Garnish with italian or french seasoning. Put this mixture on crackers, square pieces of bread etc Set in hot oven for 10 minutes or under grill.
