Beat eggwhites stiff and carefully mix through meat. With a spoon form &#8220;oisters&#8221; of meat and put them on grill or in hot skillet and bake them till spungy on top and brown on bottom. Serve them immediately or keep warm and serve on plate garnished with tomato slices and radishes and little cup with (hot) red sauce.
