HOW TO MAKE: |

Put tomatoes shortly in boiling water, peel en seed them and cut in slices. Remove paprika seeds and blanch them.Cut paprika in 1/2 inch slices. Wash eggplant; cut in slices and fry shortly in some butter. Grease oven dish put in vegetarian steaks in one layer. Than half of tomato slices, paprika and eggplant.Finally rest of tomato slices, parsley and a thick layer of Gruyere. Put some chunks of butter here and there and put dish in hot oven for about 20-30 minutes. Enjoy! |
