Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook vegetarian beef with onion until vegetarian beef is brown. Drain. Combine vegetarian beef mixture with spaghetti sauce, parsley,pepperoni and cooked pasta and pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with mozzarella. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until cheese is melted and gold.Enjoy!
