3/4 cup mashed potatoes |
1 beaten eggs |
salt pepper |
2 tablespoons chopped onion |

HOW TO MAKE: |

Mix all ingredients. Butter the rolls. Make burgers (flatten balls) Fry them till light brown; not done yet. Put burgers hot on rolls; sprinkle a little fine chopped celery over it. Serve with pickle, tomato, (fried) onions, red sauces and mayonaise. Enjoy! |
