vegetarian meatballs
Ingredients

3 slices thin vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute
500g ground vegetarian meat
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon chopped leek
salt pepper
5 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup bread crumbs
MORE INGREDIENTS:
good pinch nutmeg
drops of Maggi
6 slices white bread
1/4 cup milk
2 beaten eggs
HOW TO MAKE:
Cut vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute in pieces and fry them in skillet.Remove them from skillet. Soak bread in milk; mix it through vegetarian meat; mix in egg as well add parsley, Maggi, chopped leek,salt, pepper. Make balls . Fry balls for 40 minutes in butter till brown .Fry breadcrumbs goldenbrown. Sprinke breadcrumbs over vegetarian meat and add the pieces of vegetarian bacon or salted meat substitute on top. Enjoy!
