500g ground vegetarian meat |
1 chopped onion |

1 1/2 cup warm milk |

HOW TO MAKE: |

Fry vegetarian meat; add onion till goldenbrown. Sift it; catch the gravy; add flour; stir through gravy till no more white flour. Gradually add milk and keep stirring till you have a thickened sauce. Off fire, stir in vegetarian meat, parsley and egg through sauce. Put macaroni into a greased oven dish, pour over sauce and sprinkle cheese on top. Put dish in pre-heated hot (375F) oven for 15 minutes. Thats a great macaroni. Enjoy! |
