Macaroni with sauce
Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter
500g ground vegetarian meat
1 chopped onion
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cup warm milk
1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley
MORE INGREDIENTS:
salt pepper
generous pinch of nutmeg
1 eggyolk
5 tablespoons parmazan grated cheese
200 g macaroni
HOW TO MAKE:
Fry vegetarian meat; add onion till goldenbrown. Sift it; catch the gravy; add flour; stir through gravy till no more white flour. Gradually add milk and keep stirring till you have a thickened sauce. Off fire, stir in vegetarian meat, parsley and egg through sauce. Put macaroni into a greased oven dish, pour over sauce and sprinkle cheese on top. Put dish in pre-heated hot (375F) oven for 15 minutes. Thats a great macaroni. Enjoy!
