Japanese vegetarian steaks
Ingredients

some cayenne
500g vegetarian steak tartare
100 g champignon
1 tablespoon soysauce
salt pepper
MORE INGREDIENTS:
bit lemmon juice
1 teaspoon ve-tsin
a little ginger
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 tablespoon chopped parsley
HOW TO MAKE:
Wash champignons. Mix vegetarian meat with parsley, champignon, soysauce,salt, pepper, cayenne, lemmon juice, ve-tsin, ginger. Form 4 little vegetarian steaks and fry these over high heat done and ready. Serve with bread .Baguette tastes excellent with gravy. Enjoy!
