German vegetarian steaks
Ingredients

500g vegetarian steak tartare
1/2 cup raw carrot
2 tabsp chopped onion
salt pepper
cup water
MORE INGREDIENTS:
1 stock cube
2 onions
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
HOW TO MAKE:
Mix tartare, carrot,chopped onion,salt ,parsley, pepper and make 4 burgers. Put cubes in boiling water , cut onions in thin slices. Fry onions in butter goldenbrown. Meanwhile fry vegetarian steaks in 2 tablespoons of butter for 3 minutes on each side over high heat. Put them on a dish and garnish with onion.Stir bouillon through butter let it stand till slightly thickened ,than pour it over onions. Enjoy!
