vegetarian steak tartare de luxe
Ingredients

300g chopped vegetarian steak or ground vegetarian meat
12 walnuts
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon sherry
salt pepper
MORE INGREDIENTS:
fresh pepper from mill
lettuce
walnuts to garnish
1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley
HOW TO MAKE:
Chop walnuts and fry them shortly over low heat. Mix vegetarian steak or ground vegetarian meat , walnuts,sherry,parsley,salt, pepper. Make an oval flat ball and place it on a plate.Garnish with lettuce and walnuts. Enjoy!
